Cameras
State-of-the-art video surveillance is installed to monitor the facility 24/7. Every camera can record with 4k high-definition quality. During the weekend, and after regular business hours, the entry gate remains closed, requiring tenants to use their access code to enter the facility. The overhead doors on each unit can be accessed by the keypad next to the door or by using our convenient mobile app.
Weather
The Fairhope storage facility is composed of enclosed drive-up units. Choosing an enclosed storage unit will ensure that your precious belongings are protected from the weather and will remain dry and safe. Our buildings are constructed with hurricane-rated steel, standing seam roofs, and durable overhead doors. The heavy-duty construction is backed up with a generator to ensure access regardless of weather conditions.

The Fairhope facility is situated at the corner of Blueberry Rd and Highway 48 just past Walmart. Located just off Highway 181 provides close proximity to public boat launches, amazing campgrounds, and boutique shopping in downtown Fairhope. Your next RV adventure could easily begin with a stop at Walmart, less than 2 min away, for supplies. Boats have a short drive to the water either on Mobile Bay or Fish River.
Access Code
Every customer is assigned a unique access pin upon completion of the lease agreement. This access code is used to open the main gate and your unit as well as register for the mobile app. Keypads are conveniently placed on each unit should you choose not to use the convenient mobile app to access the facilities.
Mobile-App
The link in the header of the website allows you to download the app to your mobile device. You can register a new account by using your access pin to open the main gate and your units door directly from your phone. You can also manage your account easier by using this one simple app. You can pay your bill, report an issue directly to management, and schedule a move out when you’re ready.
Website
Our user-friendly website allows you to pay your bill and manage your account from any device with an internet connection. Automatic payments can easily be set up by following a few simple steps after logging into your account. To make sure we accommodate your choice of payment methods we accept all major Credit Cards as well as ACH (electronic check).
